DISCIPLINES

CBT – Classical Ballet Technique

Reinforcement and expansion of the technical foundation, helping students to better understand their body, placement, coordination, and musicality, in a progressive manner adapted to their age.

Contemporary Dance Technique

Introduction to contemporary dance through the exploration of movement, use of weight, space, and floor work, developing coordination, creativity, and body awareness in an accessible and guided context.

Choreographers School

Designed to introduce students to the fundamentals of choreographic creation in a clear and structured way, offering a first approach to the creative process in dance, adapted to the participants’ age and level.

The work focuses on understanding how a choreography is constructed, developing creativity in relation to music, space, and group work, encouraging experimentation and conscious organisation of movement.

Intermediate Level: ages 12–18 year old | 25 students

CBT – Classical Ballet Technique

In-depth technical work led by teachers with extensive professional experience, allowing students to improve their technique and gain inspiration through contact with professional artistic references.

Contemporary Dance Technique

Expansion of movement vocabulary and dynamic work, incorporating level changes, more complex coordination, and greater control of the body in space, fostering autonomy and clarity of movement.

Advanced Level: ages 15+ | 30 students

CBT – Classical Ballet Technique

A level oriented towards the transition to the professional field, with teachers connected to junior ballets and youth companies, offering a realistic educational perspective on the demands of the professional world.

Contemporary Dance Technique

Advanced work focused on movement quality, dynamics, complex coordination, and interpretation, deepening the relationship between technique, intention, and stage presence, and preparing students for more demanding contemporary languages.

Classical Repertoire – Intermediate and Advanced Levels

A discipline dedicated to the study and practice of classical repertoire, adapted to the intermediate and advanced levels.

The work focuses on learning excerpts from variations and combinations from the repertoire, with attention to musicality, movement quality, coordination, and style.

Artistic Guidance – Intermediate and Advanced Levels

A discipline aimed at intermediate and advanced students, focused on developing autonomy and individual work habits.

Based on material worked on in morning classes, students learn to analyse their own work and organise their practice consciously, individually and in groups, using practical tools such as guided observation, video analysis, and structured use of the mirror.

The goal is to identify technical priorities, apply corrections effectively, and develop responsible study habits, fostering autonomous technical and artistic progression.
